Location : Calm and Quiet, a 15 minute drive from the city.

There is a charm that Surajkund has which not many areas of Delhi offer! The foothills of Aravali range form the surrounding scenic beauty to the beautiful edifice the Vivanta by Taj, Surajkund is!
Ambience : Contemporary Luxury with Splashes of quirky colorful art.
The atrium design opens in the heart that is a green lawn with a tall fountain in the midst of it all. Most suite rooms open their balconies to this view so does their coffeeshop Oasis which offers outdoor seating – This is a blissful place in the evenings as they light it up with the fountain in full bloom! The decor complete with Italian shiny marble and luxurious furniture is minimalistic yet exuberant.
Rooms : Spacious rooms with ergonomic designs and super comfortable beds.

I have stayed here twice, both times in the suites. They’re well arranged, delectably decorated and offer a lounge apart from a walk in wardrobe, a bathtub and a separate shower in the bath and a balcony that offers ample sun and a beautiful view! Higher the better! Amenities by Taking are excellent, you will not need to carry your own!
Service : Deferrential staff going beyond Standard Procedures

Being from hospitality background myself, I leave no point unnoticed when it comes to service. I have found that during both my stays I have been impeccably impressed by the team at Tak Vivanta. This time the star of my stay was Charul, who has hospitality ingrained in her soul! She is courteous, forthcoming and intelligent. She has keen observation and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable! The other notable team members include Jackson, Naveen at the front desk and Manish at Oasis. They all make you experience ‘Tajness’ by going an extra mile for your smile!

Food : Epicurean delight!

Kudos to the kitchen team at Taj for always getting it right! I have been to Oasis a number of times now and I absolutely love the food there. Not only do they have a la’ carte but also a buffet for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner. My favorites here are the Prawn Crystal Hakao Dimsums and the Chicken Quesadilla. The In Room Dining menu has me tempted for Pancakes and a must try is the Masala Omlette with Bacon and a hundred good things!
TIPS :

🖋️ Rooms on higher floor have a better farther view.

🖋️ The 2nd floor rooms are closest to the fountain and swimming pool!

🖋️ The spa is worth the spend.

🖋️ Must go for a drive in the foothills even if you don’t have a destination.
